Is there a chat messenger service that allows video chat between a Mac and a PC?

I haven't been able find one. Windows live & Google Talk only work with PCs and Yahoo Messenger has a new program for Macs, but you can only video chat with other Macs and the PC user can see the Macs video but the Mac user cannot see the PCs video. Is there a video chat program that works with PCs & Macs?

2. YES! I have ichat and i chat with people that have aim all of the time :) by the way i have a mac and the people i talk to have pc.
