What runescape private server is just like the old runescape?

Most private servers have SUPER exp bonuses, but I want a private server that is just like the old runescape, with the wilderness and NO grand exchange. Please note that I'm not talking about runescape classic. Also, the member skills must be working =) Could anyone help me out, please?

1. Their isnt one.. If you want Easy exp It's a glitched Server. But you can go to RuneLocus.com and Select top Private Servers. And their In order from best to worst. Depending on votes. I'd Pick 2speced it's runescape pking :) with many pures.
